Data We Collect
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically logs your IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamp. Used for security and diagnostics only, not linked to your identity. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest.
Contact form. We collect your name, email address, company name, job title (optional), and message — solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(a) (your explicit consent via the GDPR checkbox).
Email contact. If you contact us by email, your message and contact details are stored to handle your request and any follow-up. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).
Data Retention
Contact enquiries are retained as long as necessary to manage the business relationship. Server logs are deleted after approximately 30 days. Data subject to statutory retention obligations is kept for the legally required period (generally 10 years under § 147 AO).
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared where you have given explicit consent, where it is necessary to fulfil a contract, or where we are legally obliged to do so.
