The Challenge

A UAE-based hospitality group operating multiple companies under one umbrella needed to bring HR, finance, and supply chain operations onto a single platform. Each function was fragmented across the group’s companies — employee records, documents, leave, and payroll handled separately per entity; ordering, inventory, and billing tracked inconsistently across companies with no unified view. The group needed one system that could manage HR and financial processes for every company in the group while still respecting each entity’s own structure and cost centres.

What We Built

Geek ERP — a web-based ERP platform built on ASP.NET and SQL Server, automating HR, finance, and supply chain functions across every company in the group from a single system. On the HR side, the platform manages employee records and documents, leave, payroll, suspension and termination processes, and financial terms — consistently across companies, while keeping each entity’s records properly separated. On the operations side, it handles allocation, ordering, inventory, and billing across the group’s different companies. As the Full Application Lifecycle Management partner, exbisoft owned the platform end to end — from initial design through ongoing development and support.

What It Delivers

  • Unified HR management — employee records, documents, leave, payroll, suspension, and termination — across every company in the group
  • Centralised financial terms and billing handled consistently across multiple legal entities
  • Group-wide supply chain functions — allocation, ordering, inventory, and billing — visible and manageable from one platform
  • Single system replacing fragmented, per-company processes with one consistent, auditable source of truth
  • Full Application Lifecycle Management — design, development, and ongoing support all owned by exbisoft
